1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which BIG COLORLAB ("we", "our", or "us")

handles information in connection with the mobile game "Tint & Seek" (com.tintseek.game).


We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data.

As a core principle, "Tint & Seek" is a single-player casual offline game. We DO NOT

require user account creation, DO NOT collect usernames or email addresses, and

DO NOT store personal identifiable information (PII) on any private servers.



2. DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE


A. Local Storage Data (On Your Device)

All game progress, earned virtual coins, unlocked arena maps, and character skins

are stored strictly locally on your device via Android standard storage mechanisms

(SharedPreferences). This data is never transmitted to our remote servers and will

be removed if you uninstall the application or clear app data in your device settings.


B. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob SDK)

This game integrates Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements (Banner,

Interstitial, and Rewarded Ads). Google AdMob may collect and process certain

technical data automatically, including:

- Device Identifiers: Such as Google Advertising ID (AAID) for ad serving,

  capping frequency, and fraud prevention.

- Approximate Location: Coarse geographic data derived from your IP address to serve

  regionally relevant ads (no precise GPS coordinates are collected).

- Diagnostics & App Performance: Crash logs, responsiveness, and ad interaction metrics

  used to ensure SDK reliability and prevent abuse.


All data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS

in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy:

3. USER CONSENT MANAGEMENT (EEA / UK GDPR)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK),

Tint & Seek implements the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. Users are provided

with a transparent consent dialog on their first launch to customize or withdraw their

ad personalization choices.



4. USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA DELETION

Tint & Seek does not provide or require account registration. Consequently:

- There are no remote user accounts or profiles stored on our servers to be deleted.

- You can reset or delete your local gameplay data at any time by going to:

  Android Settings > Apps > Tint & Seek > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage.

- You can reset or opt out of personalized ads via your device's Google Settings

  (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID).



5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA & GDPR-K COMPLIANCE)

Tint & Seek is designed for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly

collect any personal identifiable information from children under 13 (or the applicable

age threshold in your country). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your

child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take

prompt corrective action.



6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes

will be posted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you

to review this policy periodically.
